Tell us about your NHS fleet requirementsThe update now requires all reflective films to be made from a micro prismatic structure. All reflective films must be of a non metallised construction and be of the highest performing materials available. As an approved converter of these retroreflective materials, we offer a 10 year warranty with your reflective livery markings. We provide full prismatic films from 3M, Nikkalite and Oralite which are covered by 10 years warranty. We also offer 10 year warranty on the fitting of these materials when fitted by Fleet ID.

We manufacture Ambulance livery from 3M Diamond Grade, Oralite 6900 Brilliant Grade and Nikkalite Crystal Grade retro-reflective films. These are all non-metallised films – so in line with NHS requirements.
The production team are a dedicated group, committed to quality. They understand that this part of the process will ensure the best start when the fitting team come to apply the livery to your Ambulances.
The fitting team, should you need them, will arrive on site ready and raring to go. They will either bring the full livery with them, or meet it along with your Ambulance fleet. Alternatively, we will work with your chosen vehicle converter to arrange a suitable fitting date. These guys know all there is to know about livery application and will transform your vehicles into fully finished Ambulances efficiently and without fuss.
We offer a full warranty on all liveries fitted by Fleet ID to match the length of manufacturer warranty of the material being fitted.
We work with many of the UK’s leading vehicle converters across many sectors. Working directly with your vehicle converter helps the whole process run smoothly. We can liaise with your converter in order to arrange appropriate livery fitting dates and ensure that your completed fleet is delivered to your door on time and ready to go.
As an approved converter for 3M Diamond Grade, Nikkalite Crystal Grade and Oralite 6900, we offer a 10 year warranty on these materials. This extends to our fitting service too – there’s a 10 year warranty on the fitting of all kits applied by our professional fitting team.

The Peter Panbulance captures the imagination of everyone that sees it and is proving to be very popular with the most important people too – it’s passengers.
This project lit a flame here at Fleet ID. It embodied everything we have to offer – reflective safety markings, full colour printed graphics, printed window vision and our fitting service.
Our design team really took the bit between their teeth and came up with lots more design ideas for further children’s ambulances – some of which have already been snapped up by other ambulance fleets.
