The Ambulance livery is manufactured in house using the agreed, approved reflective and fluorescent materials. The livery will either be sent to your site for fitting, or fitted by our professional team.
Vehicle templating is the process of tracing the bodywork of the vehicle in order to create the printed or cut livery kit. Templating a vehicle results in accurate vehicle data and the best fitting, better performing, more durable livery. Templating can either be carried out at your location, or in our dedicated on-site facility.
If you need a little help putting together your perfect Ambulance livery design, our in-house design team are ready to bring your ideas to life. Service crests and logos, full safety markings, campaign messages and external and internal stickers can all be included in your livery design. Design concepts will be emailed to you for approval and then manufacture will begin after sign off.

We manufacture Ambulance livery from 3M Diamond Grade, Oralite 6900 Brilliant Grade and Nikkalite Crystal Grade retro-reflective films. These are all non-metallised films – in line with NHS requirements. For non front line NHS Ambulances we can also supply Oralite VC612, Avery V-8000 and Nikkalite Flexible Engineering Grade reflective materials.

We offer a full warranty on all liveries fitted by Fleet ID to match the length of manufacturer warranty of the material being fitted.
The update now requires all reflective films to be made from a micro prismatic structure. All reflective films must be of a non metallised construction and be of the highest performing materials available. As an approved converter of these retroreflective materials, we offer a 10 year warranty with your reflective livery markings. We provide full prismatic films from 3M, Nikkalite and Oralite which are covered by 10 years warranty. We also offer 10 year warranty on the fitting of these materials when fitted by Fleet ID.

Each of our Ambulance livery kits has a fully numbered ‘proof’ – a design which shows each of the reflective and fluorescent panels with a unique number. There is also a unique reference sticker that is placed somewhere inconspicuous within the vehicle, which relates to that particular production job, showing the materials that were used to make it.

The Peter Panbulance captures the imagination of everyone that sees it and is proving to be very popular with the most important people too – it’s passengers.

This project lit a flame here at Fleet ID. It embodied everything we have to offer – reflective safety markings, full colour printed graphics, printed window vision and our fitting service.
Our design team really took the bit between their teeth and came up with lots more design ideas for further children’s ambulances – some of which have already been snapped up by other ambulance fleets.
