A subset of Scope 3 Category 1 (Purchased goods and services) emissions is included in the baseline year’s reporting. This subset covers emissions relating to the manufacture and transportation of materials used in the production of Fleet ID Ltd’s vehicle livery products, and packaging materials purchased for outbound distribution.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed:

  • The organisation achieved Green Small Business Certification in November 2025, having developed an environmental policy and comprehensive action plan addressing all of the significant environmental impacts of the business.
  • Premises lighting has been fully upgraded to LED.

  • New laminator installed, projected to reduce material consumption and waste generated.
  • Fleet ID Ltd has transitioned company vehicle to battery electric.
  • Two electric vehicle chargers installed on site

Planned Carbon Reduction Initiatives

Our environmental action plan commits us to the implementation of further measures which we anticipate will reduce the carbon intensity of the organisation, such as:

  • Engaging with key products and materials suppliers on their sustainability credentials and availability of lower carbon products.
  • Ensuring low carbon purchasing throughout the business.
  • Continue transitioning to materials that generate less wastage where possible.
  • Monitoring of material innovations to identify opportunities to reduce the environmental impacts of our product offering.
  • Facilitating access to low-emission vehicles for our staff.
  • Engaging with our landlord on transitioning to a deep-green electricity tariff.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard7 and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting8.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements (where required), and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard9.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
