An extra seal of approval for Fleet ID’s Emergency Service livery kits

Staying Certified, Staying Safe

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to quality, safety, and service. That’s why keeping our approved converter certificates up to date with all major reflective material manufacturers is more than just a box-ticking exercise — it’s a core part of how we operate.

These certifications are a mark of trust. They confirm that we’re following rigorous processes and using materials exactly as intended, ensuring the best possible performance in the field. For our customers, it means peace of mind — knowing that every product we deliver is built to meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance.

We’re delighted to announce our latest accreditation from Lakeside Group for the conversion of Avery Dennison reflective materials – including Avery Dennison® VisiFlex™ V-8000 Reflective Film, a favourite among our Emergency Service customers.

Ultimately, we’re all about protecting the people who rely on our products every day — from Emergency Service teams to the communities they serve. By maintaining these certifications, we’re not just meeting requirements; we’re reinforcing our promise to put safety, service, and quality first.

This latest certificate renewal not only shows that all of the correct procedures have been followed during manufacture. We’re also able to offer one huge added benefit to our Emergency Service customers too…

What this means for Emergency Service Fleets

By passing the audit and completing the Lakeside Approved Converter Accreditation Scheme, we’re able to officially offer the following extra assurances to our Emergency Service customers choosing Avery Dennison® VisiFlex™ V-8000 Reflective Film:

  • Extended material warranty of up to 7 years. This applies to red, blue, green, fluorescent orange, fluorescent yellow/green and white. This also covers the cost of removal and replacement in the event of adhesive, reflectivity or colour failure during the warranty period.
  • Traceability – our processes include documenting batch numbers to record the exact materials that have been used for each job.
  • That all products are inspected prior to despatch, to ensure the required quality control measures are met.
  • That the best care has been taken of the materials used to manufacture their vehicle livery in order to achieve optimal performance.
